| Coal gas remote monitoring system is a powerful tool in modern production andmanagement. It is the integration of sensor technology, communication technology,computer technology, computer network technology and information technology. Itprovides environmental safety parameters for managers at all levels and providesdynamic information for departments to and production equipment, and provides thefirst hand information for the production commanders. Based on the comparison and theanalysis of the measured parameters, it can provide technical data for the prevention ofvarious mining disaster accidents, so as to take effective measures in advance.Currently, in our country, coal mine safety monitoring is mainly depend on manualprocessing, error and human error can hardly be avoided, and the workload is huge. Inview of coal mine gas automatic detection, the related design and study are done. UsingVB6.0software system, various sensors are controlled and data of various parametersunder coal mine are colleted through an electronic MPS-010602USB data collectioncard. Data are displayed on the host computer after initial processing. An uppercomputer software can complete data disposal, all kinds of real-time data display, curvedrawing, data storage and data management functions, and then transmitted through thenetwork to managements’ personal computer, which enable managers to check alarmsituation, make correct decision-making.In the paper, the design idea, software design and hardware design are discussed indetail. The functions of coal mine parameters real-time monitoring and real-timeprocessing are achieved. The traditional artificial closed testing workload and inaccuratedata and other problems are solved through the network to realize the remote monitoringand control. This system enhances the mine safety detection system management level,and provides highly reliable scientific data for coal mine equipment management andrepair. |
