Dump slope stability is the premise and foundation of the open pit mine continuousmining also ensure the safety of the surrounding normal production operations personneland equipment. According to dump slope actual conditions to assess its stabilityscientific and made reasonable measures to control the stability of slope are importanttechnical problems which mining engineering field engineers and technicians arecommitted to.According to Anjialing open pit mine actual conditions, use of methods liketheoretical analysis, rock and soil mechanics test, Limit equilibrium analysis, numericalsimulation and so on, there were deep research on slope stability and related issues ofthe in-pit dump south slope which in the east of crushing plant and in the north of thefirst mining area main access transport channel. By large triaxial shear test, identifiedthe physical and mechanical indicators of discarded materials; On the basis of dumpslope stability and pattern analysis of potential landslide, Use limit equilibrium analysisto optimized slope shape of in-pit dump south slope. Use FLAC3Dsoftware to simulatethe stress distribution, displacement distribution and plastic zone distribution when theslope instability, describes the mechanism of landslide; based on the stability analysis, work out the in-pit dump slope stability control program that based on surfacedisplacement monitoring, the research has a certain significance for the development ofAnjialing open pit mine abandoned projects.
