Pan guliang Jurassic Yan9reservoir is located in Zhi dan county and Jing Bian county, shanxi province. It’s one of the main production horizon, this paper mainly studies five blocks. The study area has put into production about17years, with the developing mining, there were many production problems were emerged, those contradictions seriously affect the highly dev-elopment of the reservoir.The current technical countermeasures have couldn’t suit the develo-pment, so, for the above problems, on the basis of a full understanding of the area geological characteristics and fluid properties, In the study of area production data, stress testing and the formation related parameters analyzing, statistics and research, research the reservoir develop-ment characteristics and rules, finding out the main factors about affecting production proble-ms of the study area, work out the dependable countermeasures to applicable the Jurassic Yan9reservoir, and compare with the present development countermeasure, put forward the corre-sponding comprehensive management measures.In order to enhance development, and overall improve the efficient of oilfield water flooding, to ensure continued high efficiency reservoir development.①The study area of Yan9reservoir is river facies; Poor reservoir property, strong heterogen-eity; medium-strong water sensitivity, medium to strong acid sensitive, medium to strong vel-ocity sensitive; The intersection of Water-oil two phase permeability equivalent is greater than water saturation of50%, the wettability of reservoir is medium-highly hydrophilic; Wettability characteristics appear aqueous phase first occupy microporous fine throat, and the oil phase is push to big pore throat, which reduces the residual oil saturation and the water phase relative permeability, it is helpful to oilfield water flooding development.②The study area of Yan9reservoir gives priority to water injection development, the indivi-dual well production relatively high, production decline relatively less; The most oil wells are effective stability and with water effective, effective period is3-5months; Reservoir water and recovery degree for S type relationship curve. At present, the reservoir development has enter-ed the stage of high water development, formation energy remains relative stability level, but relatively low, some blocks carry water rate are down, the formation energy to drop; Reservoirrecovery generally very low.3Based on the reservoir development characteristics and the study of the rule,reach aconclu-sion that the problems of ZJ2, ZJ4, Sai248,Xin56and Xin52development countermeasuresare ubiquity, according to work out the rational development of countermeasures to make eacharea production parameters adjust to rationalization.4According to the remaining oil regularity of distribution, and the adjustment potential dire-ction, according to the present well nets, perfect the injection-production system and performreasonable exploitation countermeasure, to solidify the stable foundation; Deploy encryptionadjustment well order to improve the recovery; Strengthen water injection well profile manag-ement, to improve the process of water drive, so as to improve the effect of oilfield developm-ent, to ensure oilfield continued high development, and provide the method and basis of reser-voir steady oil production and control water cut.
