At present, Chemical fiber is the largest textile raw materials in the demand of textile industry,while the quality and grades of improving the chemical fiber products has been pursuing a aim intextile process.polyester fiber in chemical fiber processed comber in cotton was studied in paper.What this paper research is Be aimed at the problem that at present man-made fibres are not usecarding machines, This project try to break traditional idea,and use carding machines in order toimprove the quality of the polyester yarn.The three designs for spinning polyester yarn, These include carded and fed in hooked fibreform to combing machine. When man-made fibres are use carding machines, small volumequantitative, detaching roller to set the time, process parameter such as cylinder positioning, nipperlocation and nip of feed cotton were optimized, cotton noils, neps and length of combed sliver isanalyzed comparatively, the optimum feasible way of spinning is reached. For spinning polyesteryarn, according to the yarn quality indicators, combed polyester yarn is attained optimumtechnological process, and the feasibility is verified in practice.The result shows that: when design parameters, polyester fiber is longer than cotton fiber,cylinder positioning has been crept forward to0.5timescale, normal direction detaching roller is setto9.5timescale, nipper openings location is set to5.9timescale, and nipper closure location is set to27.85timescale, yarn quality of combed polyester yarn is the best. Combing machine ’s speed is low,licking of comb lap with card sliver is set to37.6g/m. Light set-weigh in small volume quantitative,light-load of cylinder, are less likely to too many neps. When were separated and drafted in thecombing frame, the maximum possible distance of nipper location is determined according to staplelength, the detaching distance may not in the lowest distance in order to gain a lower cotton noils. Inthe same parameter and the same technological conditions, the three designs for spinning polyesteryarn, combed polyester yarn is much better than carded yarn, combed polyester yarn leading hookedfibre form to combing machine is much better than tail hook fiber. Compared with carded yarnquality, combed polyester yarn eveness leading hooked fibre form to combing machine is lowered 0.78, kilometer slubs, places is lowered50%, kilometer thin places is lowered33.3%, kilometer nepsis lowered58.3%, yarn strength is raised2.7%.
