Detaching roller is one of the important detaching draft mechanisms of comber.In order to realize the normal separation and lapping of the cotton-fleece,its motion law is reverse-forward-basically static.Most of the existing combers are driven by the combination of planar linkage mechanism differential gear train and fixed shaft gear to drive the detaching roller to rotate.The planar linkage mechanism in the operation process outputs the movement and the moment,then the connecting rod receives the tension,the bending and so on the load action.In recent years,the speed of combing machine is getting faster and faster.With the increase of speed,Increase of load on linkage during operation.When the load increases to the limit that the connecting rod can bear,the connecting rod will break.At present,domestic scholars mainly focus on the displacement,acceleration and vibration of the detaching roller,lack of research on the strength of components in the detaching roller driving linkage mechanism.It is impossible to increase the speed of the comber without limitation,and the maximum speed that the linkage mechanism can meet the normal operation of the comber is unknown.Based on the above reasons,this topic carries on the strength analysis to the existing comber detaching roller drive linkage mechanism,in order to obtain the maximum speed that the connecting rod strength can meet.Using SolidWorks software establish the cotton comber detaching roller transmission mechanism 3 d model and analysis the structure characteristics of driving mechanism of detaching roller kinematics mathematical model of the organization.The kinematic simulation of the mechanism is carried out by ADAMS software,and the kinematic laws and characteristic parameters of the connecting rod and the detaching roller are obtained.Analysis the force of detaching roller in one working cycle,establish the kinetic model of the rear and front separation rollers and the mathematical model of the separation draft force,obtain the variation of driving torque of the separating roller in one working week of the comber.Adams software is used to analyze the dynamics of the detaching roller drive mechanism,simulate differential gear train transmission,get the output torque linkage mechanism.According to D 'alembert's principle of linkage mechanism for dynamic statics analysis,establish dynamic statics model of linkage parts.The dynamic analysis of connecting rod mechanism is carried out,obtain the stress variation curve of connecting rod parts in a working cycle.Ansys Workbench was used for finite element analysis of connecting rod mechanism,obtain the maximum stress of connecting rod parts in a working week under four speeds.The results show that: In the process of detaching roller movement,the draft force has no effect on the peak value of the driving torque of the separating roller.Using ADAMS software to analyze the dynamics of the separated roller drive mechanism,obtain the load moment of the linkage mechanism.The load torque increased from 109.71 Nm to 371.57 Nm when the vehicle speed increased from 400 to 700 nips/min.It indicates that the load torque increases with the increase of vehicle speed.The dynamic analysis of the connecting rod mechanism is carried out by using the obtained load moment,get the forces on each link.The force on the linkage increases with the increase of the speed,and in these links,the clutch and the swinging arm hinge bear the greatest force.Through the finite element analysis of the linkage mechanism,the stress of the connecting rod is obtained under four kinds of vehicle speeds.At the same speed,the stress of swing arm is the largest,and the stress of connecting rod increases with the increase of vehicle speed.By comparing the maximum stress of the obtained part with the allowable stress of the material,the eccentric sleeve reaches the allowable stress of the part first,and the maximum speed can reach 700 nips /min.
