Polyester has the characteristics of low price and low impurities,and is the most used chemical fiber in my country's clothing industry.The research on polyester high-quality polyester fabrics should be increased to meet market demand,to achieve high-end low-end products,high-end low-end raw materials.In order to respond to the green textile development concept advocated by the country,the experiment adopted a combing process in the spinning process.The unevenness of the sliver after the combing process is low,and the spun yarn has high strength,reduced coarse details.The degree of uniformity?parallelism and separation are improved.However,the combing process increases the processing cost.The experiment is to meet the requirements of high-quality fabrics,while achieving the purpose of saving costs and increasing efficiency,and producing more distinctive and differentiated yarns.In the process of spinning,two kinds of yarn with different linear density are produced by blending process to combine the top-combed polyester sliver with the sliver with different combed fiber content,and woven into woven fabric and knitted fabric respectively.First,the polyester staple fiber with the same mark is used to spin carded yarn and combed yarn after spinning process.In the second drawing process,the combed polyester sliver and polyester slivers with different combed fiber content are combined to spin yarns with different combed fiber content.In the spinning process,compact spinning is used to spin yarns with two linear densities-14.8tex and 28 tex.Then the evenness and tensile strength of the two yarns were tested and the yarn morphology was scanned,and the influence of combed fiber content on yarn properties was explored.Secondly,28 tex yarns are used to woven knitted fabrics,and the fabrics are tested for moisture permeability,burst strength,fuzzing and pilling,and fabric style performance.And analyze the experimental data of each single factor to discuss the influence of combed fiber content on knitted fabrics.Then use 14.8tex yarn to woven into a woven fabric,and select plain weave and twill weave.The fabric is tested for moisture permeability,tensile properties,tearing strength,and pilling.And analyze the experimental data of each single factor to study the influence of combed fiber content and fabric structure on woven fabrics.Finally,by selecting two color disperse dyes-Disperse Red FB and Disperse Black ECO,the polyester woven fabric is dyed at high temperature and high pressure.Then test the color characteristic value and scan the cloth surface for the dyed cloth surface effect.Research the influence of combed fiber content and fabric structure on the cloth surface effect of fabric after dyeing.The results show that:(1)The quality index of yarn evenness,yarn defect,hairiness H value and tensile performance when the proportion of combed polyester fiber is 60%-70% is the same as that of the yarn produced by fully combed polyester fiber.The difference is not big;compared with carded yarn,the single yarn strength and evenness of the combed fiber yarn show an overall upward trend,and the hairiness on the yarn surface is reduced in the morphology diagram.(2)In knitted fabrics,compared with carded fabrics,as the content of combed polyester increases,the performance of the fabrics rises steadily;when the proportion of combed fibers is 60%-70%,the fabric bursting strength,fuzzing and pilling The quality indicators of,air permeability and wrinkle recovery rate are not much different from those of knitted fabrics produced with polyester fully combed yarns.(3)Among woven fabrics,fabrics with combing ratio have better comfort,strength,softness and smoothness than carded fabrics.The quality indicators of fabric tearing strength,tensile breaking strength,pilling,air permeability,air permeability and style when the proportion of combed fiber is 66% are the same as those of the two woven fabrics produced with fully combed yarns.different.The structural characteristics of the B fabric make the fabric have better moisture permeability,breathability and tear performance.The tensile properties and pilling properties of A fabric are better than those of B fabric.(4)For the color characteristic value,the K/S value and lightness of the fabric increase with the increase of the combed fiber content,while the combing content has no obvious influence on the hue and saturation of the fabric;K/S value?lightness and hue b* value of the plain weave fabric are lower than twill weave fabric,and the hue a* value of twill weave fabric is smaller than that of plain weave fabric.However,the saturation of plain weave fabrics and twill fabrics does not change obviously and has no law to follow;for the cloth surface effect,the combed fiber content and fabric structure have a certain impact on the quality of the fabric surface.As the combing content increases,the possibility of stripes with different colors decreases.Among them,fabrics with a combed fiber content of more than 66%have the least stripes;carded fabrics with twill weaves are better than carded fabrics with plain weaves.The fabric has many stripes of different colors.
