Plank laser shock forming is used of high energy laser to shock the sheetmetal surface that coating coated. After laser through the constraint layer, andabsorbed by the coated in the metal surface to cause plasma detonation effect,thus cause shock wave to make sheet metal forming plastic deformation.Thispaper discusses thedevelopment of laser shock forming,Application fields,application prospect,etc.Thesystematic study of laser shock forming theory,The characteristics of laser shockdeformation and so on. By establishing a mathematical model,derivation the laserenergy, Laser pulse width, Plank constraint conditions, Metal mechanicalperformance parameters with the shock wave pressure that function in the platesurface of numerical relationship, Using the finite element software ABAQUS tosimulate the whole process, Comparison the simulation results and reliableexperimental data, and then analyses the reasons gap, In order to optimize thetechnological parameters of laser shock forming provides some basis,This papermainly work and the results have the following several aspects:(1)This paper discusses the plank laser shock forming mechanism,Listtwo shock model,Analysis of the laser shock wave mechanics effect,including derive the laser shock wave peak pressure and analyzed the characteristics ofthe shock loading;(2)Analysis the influence factors of forming plate impact,Including laser power density、 laser pulse width、laser energy、spot diameter、 plank parameter;(3)In the basic theory on the basis of study and then use the finite element software ABAQUS simulate on single point single, single point two times and multi-point forming process respectively. Through the simulation results,we can concluded that laser impact the sheet metal forming depth and laser energy is nonlinear relationship between increasing. When the laser energy is morethan a certain value then the sheet metal will be broken. And the sheet metal forming depth is deeper with the increase of the number of impact, But deepen amplitude decreases,and put forward the optimization schemes in the forming precision low phenomenon of points forming process;(4)It is found that the simulation results is higher than the experimentaldate. Whole deviation is not great, Consider reason may be due to laser shockwave pressure estimation partial great,Or due to other causes in laser shock experiment, such as laser energy loss.
