Parallel multi-roller straightener is an important equipment in the materials straightening industry, while the traditional manual regulation and mechanical driving become the bottleneck to keep the machine develop toward the high precision and high velocity, but the application of hydraulic servo system in the straightener make this problem easily solved. The point of this paper researched is the system of position control in the hydraulic straightener, include system design, choosing of mathematics model, Mathematical Modeling and Simulation Analysis.In this paper, I put forward the meaning of the research topic in this thesis via introduced that technique present situation and straightener present situation at home and abroad firstly, overview the electro-hydraulic servo-control technical present situation and development trend and assurance the concrete research contents of this paper by combined the actual situation later. After that1introduce work principle of parallel multi-roller straightener, design the whole system component and choose the type. At last I create the mathematics model of controlling system according to the basic equation of electro-hydraulic servo-system, get the delivering function and block diagram of control system, apply MATLAB’s SIMULINK BOX to create the computer simulate modeling, simulate and analysis the system by use PID andfuzzy-PID control strategy.
