GM (Green Manufacturing) represents the developing direction of manufacturing, it is a modern manufacturing mode which considerates the environmental negative impact and resource utilization comprehensively, and its goal is to make the products from designing, manufacturing, packaging, transportation and scrapping in the full life cycle with minimal impact on the environment and the optimal utilization of resources. GM technology research and low-carbon economy will become very important for competition of the equipment manufacturing industry’s sustainable development during "12th Five-Year Development Plan ".Research on the recycling of NC machine products is rare, not to mention applied to the production and create benefit massively. At present, China has become the world’s biggest consumer market of machine tools, machine tool population is more than700million. According to the statistics of CMTBA(China Machine Tool&Tool Builder’s Association), NC machine population is about77million. NC machine contains more than70percent of the residual value, including machine tool steel materials and mechanical parts manufacturing cost, etc. These tools may be faced with functional scrapping in the coming5-10years, and it can form a sizeable recycling potential resources. Therefore, how to evaluate the recyling of to evaluate NC machine products objectively and scientifically hasn’t uniform and authoritative view. To measure the value from recycling of NC machine products objectively and accurately, has become very important.There are some main problems discussed in this dissertation as follows:1. Detailed analyze main component of NC machine products, mainly is the mechanical structure parts, whose recovery value is high, then according to the foundational knowledge of product recycling, it bulids the process chart of NC machine products recycling and analyze the test method of parts of scrapped NC machine and how to determine their recycling mode in detail.2. To compare several common evaluation methods of system, according to the characteristics of the recycling stage of NC machine products, FAHP (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) is presented to evaluate the recycling. To establish the hierarchy model of the recycling evaluation system, to present the evaluation index judgment matrix of every class. Under constructing the judging matrix and calculating every index" s weight, the functions have been built for the degree of subordination of the bottom indexes, and the evaluation thresholds. Having the indexes none-dimensionally, educing the degree of subordination of every index, geting the result of the comprehensive evaluation of the product using linear weighting method.3. To study principles for formulation of the rules of the evaluation index system, and establish the reasonable evaluation index system of NC machine products recycling, and analysis the economic attributes, technical attributes, recycling attributes and environmental attributes of index system detailedly, and finally do data experiment and result analysis.4. To develope a primary system of the NC machine products recycling evaluation, a prototype system. The system is developed by the Jsp, Java, JavaScript, HTML, MySQL and Dreamweaver, and configurate the corresponding operation environment. This system provides evaluation analysis and decision making tool for enterprises, which is engaged in CNC machine product recycling.
