Trollius chinensis Bunge was dry flowers of Ranunculaceaeglobeflower, including orientoside, Vitexin,alkaloids and volatile oil. In this paper,Trollius chinensis Bunge volatile oil, extract, glucoside and polysaccharide extraction,chemical composition, thermal cracking and cigarette flavoring application werestudied, the results showed that:1. The essential oil was extracted from Trollius chinensis Bunge by steam distillationextraction, simultaneous distillation extraction, ultrasonic extraction, homogenateextraction simultaneous distillation extraction followed ultrasonic extraction,simultaneous distillation extraction followed homogenate extraction methods. Theconstituents of essential oil were isolated and identified by GC-MS. The resultsshowed that: The extraction rate of oil extracted by the six methods was0.20%,0.67%,2.31%,2.67%,0.82%,0.78%and20,30,19,18,37,30compounds wereidentified, respectively; the primary chemical components were β-ionone anddihydroactinidiolide, etc; among of them, the total amount of essential extracted byultrasonic extraction, homogenate extraction are higher relatively, but they moreimpurity and fat oil and so on Non-volatile components, the oil extracted bysimultaneous distillation extraction followed ultrasonic extraction is better than theothers. Through the different solvent on the extraction of volatile oil from Trolliuschinensis Bunge effect comparison, optimization, selection of the petroleum ether assolvent extraction.The extraction parameters including crushing degree, soak time,water additiontime,and extraction time were optimized,the orthorgonal test results showed thatcrushing degree0.38mm,soak time2h, water added eight times,xtraction time4h,under the optimal condition,the extracting rate of essential oil was0.727%.After chemical separation of the experimental procedures, gas chromatography,the separation of the sample solution, the results of a neutral aroma componentsdetected34kinds of compounds; acidic aroma components detected response signal of the12kinds of compounds.On optimal process mentioned volatile oil from Trollius chinensis Bunge ofstability test research, the results show that: the volatile oil of Trollius chinensisBunge in the light conditions without oxidation, strong stability.2. Using the alcohol extraction of Trollius chinensis Bunge extract, and simultaneousdistillation extraction method for the extraction of volatile components in the extractof Trollius chinensis Bunge. The volatile components in the extract of Trolliuschinensis Bunge were identified by method of GC-MS. The results showed that: therewere38volatile kinds of compounds, including lauric acid(9.70%), myristicacid(9.52%), ethyl palmitate(7.85%), tricosane(7.76%), dihydroactinidiolide(7.72%),linolenic acid ethylester(2.31%), hexadecylic acid(5.85%), tetradecanoic acid ethylester(5.63%),linalool(2.31%),β-ionone(1.79%),6,10,14-trimethyl-2-Pentadecanone(1.74%), dehydrolinol(1.68%), cis-jasmone (1.00%)etc; most of which are theimportant components in cigarette flavoring.3.The extract of Trollius chinensis Bunge was pyrolyzed under simulated condition ofprocess of smoking. Then the pyrolytic products were researched by Py-GC-MSunder different temperatures of300,600and900C, respectively. The results showedthat28,29and31constituents were identified in the pyrolytic products at300C,600C,900C, respectively. Pyrolysis products were mainly acids, esters, alcohols,phenols, aldehydes and ketones, which were beneficial to the smell of tobacco flavor.The essential oil of Trollius chinensis Bunge was extracted with simultaneousdistillation extraction. The pyrolysis of the essential oil at300,600,900C. Theresults showed that17,22and31constituents were identified in the pyrolytic productsat300,600,900C, respectively; the consituents and their concetrations in pyrolyticproducts changed with pyrolytic temperatures. Styrene, β-ionone, and so on weredetected at three temperatures, linalool was detected at300and600C, andα-cedarene was only detected in the pyrolysis products of900C. Furthermore, withincreasing temperature, pyrolysis products became more complex.4. Using two different hydrolysis methods of hydrolysis of Trollius bonded-phasearoma components were detected in30kinds of aroma compounds. Acid dissociationof the component15, enzymatic hydrolysis of dissociation of the component has25kinds, two kinds of method of hydrolysis hydrolysis of dissociation of the commonaroma constituents of10, respectively, furfural, linalool, dehydrogenated linalool, α-terpineol,4-vinyl-2-methoxy phenol, two hydrogen Kiwi lactone, month cinnamic acid, z-α-trans-Lemon alcohol, myristic acid, palmitic acid.5. The applications of the oil in unblended cigarette flavoring were studied. Theresults showed that: It could play an important role in enhancing the aroma quality ofcigarette, obviously reducing the irritation, and smoothing the smoke while essentialoil of simultaneous distillation extraction followed ultrasonic extraction is better thanthe others.Trollius chinensis volatile oil of neutral aromatic matter unblended cigaretteperfuming experiment showed that, adding proper amount of volatile oil of neutralaroma components and aroma harmony, aroma quality, does not increase thestimulation, the aftertaste pure and comfortable; but add weight is slightly larger,beginning with the smoke smell out fragrance, the aroma is revealed, lead to the taste.The applications of the extract in cigarette flavoring were studied. The resultsshowed that: It could play an important role in enhancing the aroma quality ofcigarette, obviously reducing the irritation, and smoothing the smoke.Enzymatic extraction of laburnum glycoside perfuming experiment indicatedthat, adding proper amount of enzymatic extraction of laburnum glycosides can beimproved and modified cigarette aroma, increase the aroma quantity, improve thearoma quality, reduce the irritation, reducing gas impurity effect. But the amount istoo large, it will produce adverse effect on cigarette smoke.6. Polysaceharide was extracted from Trollius chinensis Bunge by an optimizedmethod and added to cigarette.The results showed that: Trollius chinensis Bungepolysaccharide could increase the aroma quantity,improve the smoothness andsweetness,and decreaseoffensive odor of cigarette smoke....
