Copper oxide ore is copper resources of importance in our country. It is difficult toexploiting and utilizing, because of highly oxidized rate、high mud content、complication ofmineral composition and other factors. Processing mineralogy research based on low-grade,highly-oxidized-rate copper oxide ore which is from Fuxin Tiansheng Economic and Trade Co.,Ltd was carried out. On this basis, varieties of effects on copper oxidized ore flotation andleaching was investgated in the experiments of sulphidizing flotation and acid leaching. Closedcircuit experiment was carried out in the best condition, and flotation recovery of copperoxidized ore is51.78%, concentrate grade is20.03%, tailings leaching rate is54.08%.The suitable grinding condition that one-stage grinding with the mesh of grinding about-0.074mm containing74.67%is obtained in the grinding test. After large quantities of flotationcondition tests, the best reagent regime and process is obtain: using sodium sulfide andammonium sulfate as activators, sodium silicate and sodium hexamet aphosphate as inhibitors,hexyl xanthate、butylamine dithiophosphate and hydroxamic acid as collectors, pine oil asfrother,one-time roughing、two-time regrade and three-time scavenging. When raw mine ore`sgrade is0.94%, finally, the copper concentrate`s grade is20.04%and recovery is54.08%.Using sulfate as leaching reagent in the process of leaching. In the experiments, time ofleaching, solid-to-liquid ratio and mineral to acid ratio have been analyzed and investigated.Under the best leaching conditions, the leaching rate of copper tailings is up to54.08%, thegrade of copper leaching residues is just about0.225%.
