Many coal reserves are trapped under building structure, railway and water body in Chinesecoal mines, how to effectively mine the coal which under building structure, railway and waterbody without destroy ecological environment and to meet the country’s economic construction isan important problem to research. It makes research about gangue filling combining the methodof theoretical research, gangue compression indoor experiment, numerical simulation based onprevious achievement.Through the gangue compression experiment of different types of gradation, thecompression curve, the lateral stress curve, the stress and strain curve, the expanding curve, therelationship between vertical stress and compression ratio, as well as the relationship betweenstress and strain fit exponential equation.The mechanism of dual bearing structure composed of narrow coal pillar and fillingmaterial under the pressure of the upper rock mass has been studied, the mechanism of stabilityof coal pillar by confined pressure was investigated under tri-axial stress conditions, andinfluence factors of the filling effect was analyzed.Through FLAC3D numerical simulation analysis and compares the change rule of stressand displacement of different coal pillar width and different mining size, as well as the changerule of stress and displacement before and after filling. At last, the gangue filling industrialexperiment and the ground deformation prediction are carried out and analyzed.
