| In the last few years, the industrial water treatment systems of large pechochemical projects, coal chemical-industrial projects, electirc power projects and steel projects had been inputed much capital and occupied much societiy resource with the development of the national infrastructure. The enviromental protection standards were enhanced and the requirement of energy conservation and emission reduction were proposed. The requirements of industrial water processing systems were rigorous grandually. The conventional water processing systems craft has the corrupt practice of high energy, large pollution and much discharge, therefore the new type of water processing craft with low energy, small pollution and low emisssion should be devised and applied as soon as possible. Under this circumstances, people not only selected traditional ion exchange craft but also paid close attention to membrance method water processing craft which had been put in use to the field of sewage and industrial wastewater discharge and recycling and boilter water dispose.Many electric power plant should be confronted with some problems. For example, how they could make use of the optimal water processing craft under the background of specific headwaters and resonable cost? How they could utilize the water processing craft and equipments with high degree of automotion, covering small area, high usage and without the waste acid and alkaline liquid emission?With the background of water precessing craft of W power plant, we researched the definite methods which could optimize the establishment technological advance and enhance the manufacturing management levers from these aspects of organization structure, precess design and manufraturing management. The knowledeg of process reengineering, engineering economy and operation management process selection were involved.According to the demands of W electric power plant, the paper research background were discussed. The correlation theory of processing reengineering including more scheme comparation and technological selection were sketched. We analyzed the current situation of environment and water treatment craft in W electric power plant, meanwhile we explicited the existing craft problems. The improving enterprise scheme involving the process reengineering in three main projects of technological process, organization structure and manufacturing management were designed. We also designed and improved the water processing craft and equipments by use of more schemes comparation and technological selection theory. The technological process were compared with itself before it had been reengineered and the effect of the scheme reengineering the water processing craft was conjectured. The shortage of this research was also put forward.In this article, the scheme of reengineering water processing craft for W electric power plant was probed with applying the method and theory of processing reengineering, more scheme comparation and technological selection. The result of this study could provide beneficial guide for the national enterprise to expand the developmental space and strengthen the competitiveness. |
