Integration And Research Of Chemical Engineering And Technology Professional Experiment

Higher education of chemical engineering trained a large number of qualified personnel for our country’s chemical industry and related industry (such as materials, pharmaceutical industry, light industry, petrochemical industry etc.). It also made a huge contribution to the national economic construction. But the rapid development of science and technology put forward the new challenges to chemical engineering and technology senior talents training mode. The specialty of chemical engineering and technology is a practical engineering discipline and the professional experiment teaching is one of the important ways to make students realize the combination of specialized theory study and practical application. Nowadays, the unscientific and irrational aspects of chemical engineering and technology professional experimental teaching system were revealed.This subject introduced the history and development direction of the specialty of chemical engineering and technology. We made a positioning from the difference between chemical experiment and chemical engineering experiment, the purpose of chemical engineering and technology professional experiment, the knowledge module of chemical engineering and technology professional experiment teaching and the major experiment curriculum (including experiments for principles of chemical engineering, unit synthetic experiments, fine organic synthesis experiments and chemical reaction engineering experiments) of chemical engineering and technology. This put forward the theoretical basis of the integration.In this paper investigations and interviews were made on the students and teachers of chemical engineering and technology in Northwest University for Nationalities and Henan university from the experiment content, teaching method, teacher team, laboratory status, students’ experiment interests and assessment mode etc., looking into the problems which most domestic universities faced nowadays, providing basis in fact for the reform and integration. Based on the theoretical research and investigation results, the paper made the integration and reform from innovation concept, integration of content, reform method, perfect evaluation of chemical engineering and technology professional experiment to optimize the teaching content and structure reorganization.According to the new experimental model, this paper designed the teaching case combining with integration and reform. Finally, we summarized the research conclusion, pointed out the problems and the prospect of a follow-up study.
