Shaanxi province is rich in coal reserves and is a large resource province in our country.Relying on resource advantages,the coal industry has developed rapidly,creating a lot of economic wealth.Throughout the development process,the Northern Shaanxi coal industry chain has played an important role.As the main coal production area in Shaanxi province,Northern Shaanxi undertakes the important strategic task of building my country's energy and chemical base.In the future,Northern Shaanxi will continue to develop the coal industry chain.However,with the continuous development of coal resources,a series of problems have emerged in the development of the coal industry chain in Northern Shaanxi.For example,each link of the industrial chain attaches importance to the number of industries and ignores the quality of the industry.The coordination of each link is low,resulting in serious waste of resources and energy the use efficiency is low and the environmental pollution is serious,which puts forward new requirements for coordinated economic growth,resource conservation and environmental protection.Therefore,it is necessary to explore a new road suitable for the development of the coal industry chain in Northern Shaanxi,so that the regional economic development and the improvement of the natural environment are in harmony.As a new development model that promotes the recycling of resources,improves the ecological environment and coordinated economic development,the circular economy has the essential characteristics of "low mining,high utilization,and low emissions" that can not only meet the requirements of economic growth but also take into account environmental protection The requirements of civilization are the only way for the transformation of the coal industry in Northern Shaanxi.This requires research on the development path of circular economy,and the type,characteristics and scope of thepath.In order to find a path that is most suitable for the development of circular economy in the Northern Shaanxi coal industry chain,first of all,the relevant theoretical foundations are combed and introduced,such as circular economy theory,industrial ecology theory and system analysis theory.Secondly,the structural analysis,functional analysis and target analysis of the circular economy system of the Northern Shaanxi coal industry chain were carried out,and three typical circular economic development paths of the Northern Shaanxi coal industry chain were constructed based on this,including economic output-oriented and environmental improvement-oriented type and energy cascade utilization type.Then,using the system dynamics model,scenario simulations are carried out on several paths for developing circular economy in the Northern Shaanxi coal industry chain.By comparing the system status under different paths,the following conclusions are drawn: The economic output-oriented development path is suitable for short-term development during the period of accumulating economic output,it is not suitable for long-term adoption;the environmental improvement-oriented path is more focused on protecting the environment,and it is not suitable for excessive use in the early stage of the development of the industrial chain,otherwise it will affect the development of the industrial chain;the energy cascade utilization path may be more suitable for the industrial chain The period of development and improvement of the ecological environment is relatively complete;however,it is not necessarily the best choice to spread the limited development resources to the three types of paths and promote them at the same time.Finally,based on the research results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
