The new wood oil is one of the earliest development oilfield in Jilin oilfield, the crudeoil reserves, after years of development, the current yield is relatively stable, but the systemof new wood matched the oilfield ground engineering serious aging, backward technology,production process is not reasonable, the overall layout is not reasonable, can’t meet the needof the development of the current oil production, so the need of new wood Oilfield SurfaceEngineering of the overall transformation, in order to ensure the smooth development of theoilfield, ensure the normal production of the premise, to save operating costs.In view of the present situation of new wood oilfield ground system, analysis of groundsystem problems, to carry out research on the new wood oil overall renovation projectconstruction necessity. Application of planning theory, the natural conditions, socialconditions, development status, development and forecast impact factors, transportationengineering, water engineering, produced water treatment engineering, fire engineering,power engineering, transportation and building structure, energy saving and environmentalprotection, labor safety and hygiene, angle comprehensive demonstration project investmentconstruction plan from the oil and gas gathering. Through the analysis of the calculation ofnew wood oil overall reconstruction project benefits, the use of financial evaluation ofproject investment feasibility and rationality of the construction.Based on the future development of prediction and the actual data scientific analysis,and the use of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, thermodynamics, engineering knowledge oftechnical economics, project management, project financing, the principle and application ofhuman resource management of the old, new wood oil the whole renovation projectbackground, technical condition, construction scheme, investment estimation, economicbenefits were expounded objectively, thus draw the conclusion whether the project isfeasible. This paper is mainly the use of technical and economic evaluation method of projectplanning, evaluation, in the specific application using the method of internal rate of return,investment payback period method to the feasibility of the project financial evaluation.Innovation of this paper is to link theory with practice, study methods by using the methodof investigation and theoretical studies of the combination and the combination of qualitativeand quantitative analysis, the project evaluation theory, technology and practice ofproduction planning research and application in the renovation of old new wood oil solution,make decision-making more scientific, objectivity, rationality, more in line with economicefficiency as the center of the enterprise investment principle, scheme design is adopted inthe new technology and new product a lot of oilfield ground engineering, worthy of the sameindustry similar projects for reference, but also provides a reference method for the oldoilfield technology economic evaluation of the project.Research on the planning project, first detailed analysis of the existing situation of newwood oilfield ground engineering problem: does not meet the need of the furtherdevelopment of oil fields, unreasonable layout, backward technology, aging facilities, highproduction cost. Aiming at these problems, the design and optimization of the system, thetransformation principle is taking economic benefits as the center, according to the groundrunning status and layout characteristics, overall optimization adjustment on the groundconstruction layout; adopt advanced process, reduce the operating cost and maintenance cost;try to rely on the existing system and facilities, reduce duplication of construction work.First determine the transformation to adapt to long-term planning of the oilfieldproduction scale, to determine the overall layout of the system ground engineering, usingsingle well and branch line annular gas transmission process, preferably for annular gastransmission pipe, evacuating the original measurement, the tipping bucket automatic lineselection of measurement, sampling transfer station, will retain the any enclosed area, withtwo stations station, other supporting system is modified to adapt. The project investment estimate:$386200000, then the economic evaluation of the project, financial evaluation pre-taxinternal rate of return is greater than12%, after-tax internal rate of return is12%, more than the industry benchmark rate of return, the investment recovery period:6.36years, pre-tax netpresent value is53090000yuan, after-tax net present value of$5470000, is greater than zero.The above key financial indicators, financial benefit evaluation are good.The adjustment of the project, the main research results of oil-gas gathering andtransportation system: the sealing rate of oil and gas gathering and transportation:100%;natural gas utilization rate:100%; the average efficiency of heating furnace:>90%; pumpefficiency:75%; this project to save electricity4148000degrees/year, saving the amount ofnatural gas13820000square/year, reduce staff245people. In addition, can reduce thepipeline leakage caused by oil and gas loss costs1120000yuan, repair costs3000000yuan,land compensation3500000yuan per year.After transformation, annual savings of operating costs45062000yuan, after thetransformation, system closed, reduce oil and gas loss, the domestic advanced level of1.20%,while the new wood oil reached0.75%; two is the use of annular gas transmission process toreduce energy consumption, total energy consumption per ton of oil is lower than581.2MJ/t,the gathering of oil consumption level (945MJ/t).In conclusion, this project has good economic benefit and social benefit. This project isconducive to sustainable development of the new wood oil, after modification of the surfaceengineering system is simplified process flow, low energy consumption, high efficiency,production safety and environmental protection, strong adaptability. For the similar projectsin other oilfields have certain reference role.
