Along with the rising of people’s living standard, people more and more is also high to the requirement of oil products, emphasis in the environment is also increasingly strong. Crude output in the process of sulfur recovery problem has become the top priority of environmental protection. China national petroleum co., LTD., as chemical energy, nature also for sulfur recovery invested a lot of manpower and material resources. Increasing products processing capacity of the sulfur, sulfur recovery problems also have been paid much attention by the from all walks of life, the sulfur recovery technology has achieved rapid development.Sulfur recovery ways, converting sulfur in sour gas such as hydrogen sulfide to elemental sulfur, and into, is the root of the sulfur recovery technology now. Based on J company2x104t/a sulfur recovery unit as an example, through the joint of the sulfur recovery unit scale, equipment, raw material supply analysis, illustrates the set of device of risk control system, is to minimise the risk of project has made an important contribution.Mentioned by adopting double tower pressurized lateral line extraction steam ammonia refining process, the solvent of recycling the conventional steam stripping process, the sulfur recovery by partial combustion method, exhaust gas treatment using conventional reduction-absorption process, the total sulfur recovery rate of99.8%or more. The device put into production, upstream of each device to ensure the normal production, to promote the adaptability of processing inferior crude oil, reduce the pollution of the environment, the project risk control has the certain model function, so the construction of this project is very necessary.
