Agricultural Non-Point Source Pollution In Shandong Province And Its Prevention Countemeasures

Agricultural non-point pollution is becoming one of the most important pollution sources of affecting environmental quality in rural area, and it becomes the bottleneck of modernized agricultural development in our country. The thesis investigated and analyzed the main problems of present situation and control of agricultural non-point source pollution in Shandong Province, such as agricultural source, livestock and poultry breeding, and aquaculture, in the essay the source of agricultural pollution in many aspects and the current situation of pollution were summed up, the harm which agricultural pollution in many aspects caused was analyzed and the measures and suggestions for controlling agricultural pollution in many aspects were put forward. It pointed out that, compared with the point source pollution, the agricultural non-point source has a wide range and large quantity, and there is a big gap in the degree of attention and funding. At present, disposing agricultural non-point source pollution is mainly to the end control of construction project, and the effect is poor. In the future, agricultural non-point source pollution prevention should follow the principle of resources, reduction and harmless, give full consideration to the local rural economic conditions and the planting structure, the maximum to take care of the interests of farmers, control the pollution from the source; should vigorously promote different types of non-point source pollution source control technology. Based on experimental study, Environment-friendly, provide scientific, reasonable and feasible technical standards for the control of agricultural non-point source pollution, encourage and promote farmers to protect environment, and alternative technologies and production mode were widely used, in order to improve the utilization of agricultural resources rate, promote the upgrading of agricultural technology, to reduce the environmental pollution, to strengthen the construction of agricultural non-point source pollution monitoring mechanism, and gradually improve relevant laws and regulations and standards, system;to vigorously develop the circular agriculture, ecological agriculture, and cleaner production; improve environmental evaluation and classification of agricultural products, widely implemented best nutrient management practices, limiting crop types, rotation type, fertilization, fertilization time, fertilizers and fertilization mode, through a combination of technical level and policy level, to achieve reductions in agriculture non-point source pollution emissions, comprehensive improvement of agricultural environment, improve the quality of agricultural environment and the quality of agricultural products, to resized to the purpose of building the beautiful countryside.
