With the rapid development of domestic pipeline, pipeline has become the fifth transport industry after the railway, highway, waterway, air transport. In the future, CNPC will take a further construction and improvement in domestic oil and gas pipeline network and storage facilities, develop a100million ton reserve capacity of crude oil and refined oil, and gas storage of30billion cubic meters, and besides, a safe and stable supply security system with diversified resources, flexible scheduling and high efficiency will be established. In this system, technology of asset Integrity management will be widely applied. The traditional management mode has been unable to fully meet the needs of the development of pipeline.The station integrity management is widely used in developed countries of Europe and America pipeline, and domestic enterprises like CNPC is putting it into use., so the establishment of a set of management mode which is appropriate for asset Integrity management is Imminent. so far, there is no uniform station integrity management standard both at home and abroad, mainly ascribe to numerous device and difference in device characteristics.This paper is on the basis of the thoughts and methods of integrity management, refer to the experience of the implementation of integrity management in international companies, and has an in-depth understanding of the integrity management technology and methods based on risk. Besides, this paper will carry out practice research using station integrity management, discuss to establish a basic framework of integrity management which is systematic, perfect and scientific. Then, practical research in aspects of Equipment integrity management mode, Equipment technology of static data acquisition mode, Equipment technology of dynamic data acquisition and risk prediction, Equipment management control model and the business model.
