Nowdays, the liquor market, especially high-grade brand of wine market exist some problems, such as:1.because of the limited production of some high-grade brand wine, the customer can hardly get the real brand wine, most of the time they get the fake;2.the dealers always flee the goods to satisfy their own desire;3.in the Logistics transport process, the attune to wrap behavior happen from time to time which infringement of the interests of consumers; the price of wine in the market raise up at one’s option because of and this cause consumer dissatisfaction. In view of the above problems, the wine enterprise should take actions from the source and should plan the information system. The enterprise should take the good chance to start the application of bottles anti-counterfeiting and traceability using RFID and IOS technology inorder to set up bottled wine anti-counterfeiting traceability system. The bottled wine anti-counterfeiting and traceability data center system that this paper puts forward is the core system of the whole bottled wine anti-counterfeiting traceability system. It is the background for liquor enterprise to support the function in relation with the anti-counterfeiting and traceability.The system support the application of the following key links:production link, inventory link, logistics link, anti-fake link and traceability link.The data center system adopt a ’centralized data, application distribution’ means, and by this way it can effectively improve the utilization ratio of information resources and support the rapid integration of external application system. Using a series of key technology to ensure the performance of the system, the data center system offer the function of storing and managing the mass service data. The system has been through the test, and formal commercial deployment indicates that the use effect is good. The application results show that bottled wine anti-counterfeiting traceability data center system effectively solves the information island, data inconsistent and security problems, such as to be able to provide security data services for traceability system.The research work includes the design and implementation of the system.
