As a fully nutritious and healthy food,quinoa is well known and recognized by the vast majority of domestic consumers for its rich nutritional value.But as a higher-priced healthy food,consumers are unable to get information about the data of quinoa in all links,including planting,managing,harvesting,processing production and warehousing.To solve this problem,the study established a set of traceability system based on data analysis for quinoa products.The system used Scrapy crawler technology to realize the capture of quinoa's network data;It analyzed and compared the effects of Chinese data segmentation about maximum forward matching method,maximum reverse matching method and the fine-grained segmentation algorithm for forward iteration,proposed a segmentation algorithm of quinoa network data of combining the fine-grained segmentation algorithm for forward iteration and the method of processing ambiguous words,achieved the classification of quinoa network data.The collection of quinoa's network data has been realized through collecting and classifying the quinoa's network data.The study integrated air temperature and humidity sensor,soil temperature and humidity sensor and light sensor and so on,and combined with GPRS technology,quinoa environment data wireless sensor network was established;Data collection of quinoa planting environment was realized by Internet of things and Socket programming.RFID technology was applied to realize the collection of production data and processing data of quinoa.With the help of cloud platform,the collection of video data of quinoa was acquired.MySQL database and ElasticSearch was applied to realize the storage of quinoa data.This paper combined Django website development technology,two-dimensional code technology with database technology,and used C# language and Python language to develop a traceability system for quinoa products based on data analysis,the whole process of quinoa planting to products selling can be traced,and the system can provide consumers with timely and effective information about quinoa products.The research results of this study are applied in the project cooperative enterprises,effectively guaranteed the food safety of quinoa,successfully improved the user satisfaction of related quinoa products in Jingdong mall,and achieved the purpose of expanding brand influence and improving brand awareness.
