Cashmere has many advantages such as comfortable clothing,warmth retention,full face texture,soft handle and soft luster.It is very popular among consumers.With the increasing economic level,consumers have more and more demand for cashmere.For this kind of expensive goods,consumers are eager to trace and trace the products they buy.On the other hand,for cashmere production enterprises,it is also urgent to use advanced information technology to realize the omni-directional supervision of cashmere production,processing and sales to improve the quality of cashmere.With the advent of Internet of things,the urgent hope of consumers and producers can be realized.This topic is to use wireless sensor,wireless communication and data processing and other Internet of things technology to achieve the supervision and traceability of cashmere quality.Based on the Internet of things,the quality supervision and traceability platform of Cashmere Based on the Internet of things has achieved the all-round supervision and tracking of cashmere information.The platform can be divided into four layers from the structure,namely the perception recognition layer,the network construction layer,the management service layer and the comprehensive application layer.The sensing and recognition layer includes RFID handheld terminal and environmental information sensor,which is mainly responsible for collecting the underlying data.The network construction layer includes Zigbee,4G,WiFi and so on,which is responsible for transmitting the underlying data.The management service layer is mainly responsible for data storage and integration,integrating the data collected from the perceptive identification layer and the cashmere and goat information input.The comprehensive application layer,including all kinds of functions and applications,is the main part of the platform design.It includes two parts: Cashmere Quality Supervision subsystem and cashmere traceability subsystem.The cashmere quality supervision subsystem includes goat information input,environmental information monitoring,environmental warning and other functional modules.At the same time,we use Android mobile phone as front-end to process data in the server,and establish Android monitoring client.Cashmere traceability subsystem mainly includes server side management module and Android traceability client.When all the information of cashmere is collected,the data is stored in the database.And many of the source traceability systems are directly integrated into the two-dimensional code,which is difficult to modify information or can not be modified in the later period,and the system scalability and fault tolerance are also low.The product traceability ID is transformed into two-dimensional code directly,and the traceability data is packaged into Json format through Http communication,and the data is dynamically transferred from the server to the client for parsing.It is realized that when goods are sold and modified,they can directly modify the information in the database instead of modifying the two-dimensional code.The platform basically realizes the functions of integration of data acquisition,input,transmission,supervision and traceability.Through the test of the core function module and the overall function of the system,it is proved that the platform can run normally in the LAN and has a practical value.
