Research On The Eco-Environmental Impact Assessment Of Highway Construction Project And Case Analysis

First of all, with the combination of the domestic and overseas research status, this paper theoretically expounds and discusses the evaluation content and methods of Eco-environmental Impact Assessment of Highway Constructions.Then, according to the characteristics of highway construction projects.In this paper, the evaluation purposes and working procedures for ecological impact highway construction projects,such as the content of assessment are introduced, and according to related evaluation standard, technical specification, clear the key of the evaluation.With the prediction of impacts,which is finished after the investigations and evaluations of current environmental situation,we draw a conclusion of the possibility of ecological impact and put forward the corresponding environmental protection measures. A set of ecological impact assessment frame structure is preliminary established.Moreover, Combined with highway construction projects’own characteristics and ecological impact assessment of the evaluation work content,summarized a highway construction projects’basic processes of ecological impact assessment.Finally, with an example of the provincial S103line in Mabian highway engineering project,We analysis the possible impacts of ecological environment along the project after confirming the evaluation grade and the evaluation scope.Few detailed investigations and analysis on a key evaluation of the ecological impact are made within the scope of the Dafengding National Nature Reserve.On the basis of the tiny evaluation results from the ecological impact along the project, we draw a feasible conclusion, and puts forward some corresponding measures for ecological environmental protection.
