Study Of Highway Construcion On Impact Of Environment In Ecological Preservation

Abstract:With the increasing investment scale and total mileage of highway construction, its influence and damage to the neighboring environment becomes more and more sharp. Thus, it is imperative to conduct environment damage evaluation of highway construction. Take Zhangjaijie-Huayuan expressway as an example, an environment damage assessment is conducted. Combined with extension theory, an environment impact matter-element mode was established. At the same time, the extensional evaluation method based on correlative functions was put forward, from which the qualitative method changed into quantitative method. The main contents are as follows:(l)Discussing the influence to environment made by highway construction. The impact to ecosystem made by highway is extensive and far-reaching. The highway construction occupied a wide range of land. It produced a large amount of macadam by rock and soil excavation as well as geotechnical. By above activities, ground vegetation is destroyed and rock is uncovered, which result in soil erosion, soil pollution, water pollution and air pollution. At last, the habitat of wild animals in thie area are destroyed.(2)Built assessment index system. This paper is selected environmental impact assessment indexes from the view of objectivity, science and intergrated principle. According to analysis of environment influence by highway construction, this article is put forward to the indicator system of environmental impact assessment. The establishment of index is conbined the research output of national and international experts.(3) Example illustration. In this paper, the environment impact evaluation of Zhangjiajie-Huayuan expressway construction project is conducted. First of all, get data by examining on the spot. Then selected index and built evaluation model. Finally bring in data in the model to come to a conclusion. The relative degree and the results of extension index indicated that the evaluation result gained from this method are more closer to the real world by eliminating the human intervening. The Matter-Element Extension method based on extension is scientific, feasible and simple method for environmental impact assessment of highway construction project. It cover a wide range of aspects and can be used to evaluate the impact to the environment in any stage of highway project.
