This paper has researched heat energy comprehensive utilization technology at homeand abroad research, analyzed the current heat energy comprehensive utilization of oil and gasgathering and transferring system. It points out there are seven problems in the current oil andgas gathering system, a old oil water separation process, heat power useful efficiency low,pipeline heat dissipating big, the oil injection power equipment do not match with existingcapabilities, the actual oil temperature is higher than the best oil temperature, the temperatureoil is too high at start, high energy waste of produced fluid energy loss, in order to strengthenthe comprehensive utilization of energy, improve the efficiency of oil and gas gatheringsystem,5kinds of alignment has adoped.In scheme1: heat pump is used in winter andsummer, only in a winter, it can save fuel costs$840000a year; In scheme2: the liquidtemperature in the block qi40block is130℃, we can take advantage of the energy to meetthe dehydration produced fluid and crude oil transmission heating requirements, it can savefuel cost50.1million yuan; In scheme3:we can use heat exchanger to heat water that used asboiler feed water,it solved thermal pollution of wastewater discharge of waste heat; Inscheme4: we realize the output three-phase separator predewatering, save electricity andrunning cost1.13million yuan; In scheme5:we use of waste heat produced fluid steam todrive a steam turbine, solved the electric power shortage problem. It provided theoreticalbasis to solve energy comprehensive utilization technology of oil and gas gathering system.
