Thermodynamics Evaluation And Analysis For Oil-Gas Gathering And Transferring Energy System

With oil fields development,oil-gas gathering and transferring is incoordinate with crude production,which causes the energy consumption cost of system to increase year by year. Thermodynamics analysis method anaylzes the rationality and validity of energy consumption process by energy transfer and conversion theory.Energy using analysis and potential appraisal of oil-gas gathering and transferring system by the method is very important to reduce the system energy consumption effectively.The following aspects are mainly discussed in this paper:①The process production links of oil-gas gathering and transferring system,common technological process and energy consumption condition are introduced.②The basic concept of energy system is described,the oil-gas gathering and transferring energy system is defined based on the understanding overally about the energy consumption process of oil-gas gathering and transferring system from the thermodynamics point.Based on detailed analysis of energy using characteristic of each energy consumption part,the energy system is simplified and its energy flow graphs are drawn.③From the scientific concept of energy,it is pointed out that the comprehensive energy using analysis of energy system includes energy balance analysis and exergy analysis.Considering the energy using characteristics of oil-gas gathering and transferring energy system,only the energy balance analysis method is needed.④The balance models and equations of oil-gas gathering and transferring are established and the evaluation criterion and analysis criterion are given. Compared with previous method,'energy consumption rate','effective consumption rate' and 'energy loss rate' are added in this paper,and the energy using evaluation index of pipeline is redefined.⑤The energy saving and management system of oil-gas gathering and transferring is composed of energy saving potential,energy saving quantity and quota.The qualitative discrimination and quantitative estimation method of energy saving potential,the quantity calculation method of energy saving,the study content of quota and the basic procedure of quota management for oil-gas gathering and transferring system are given in this paper.⑥The oil-gas gathering and transferring of some oil production plant in daqing oilfield is taken as an example,which is evaluated and anaylzed by energy balance method.The efficiency and energy consumption is calculated,energy loss distribution is given and energy saving technical improvement measures is proposed.The energy saving potential is predictived,the result shows that 8.22×10~5 kW·h electric quantity and 3.83×10~5m~3 gas quantity are saved every year after energy saving transformation.
