There are brief introduction for the material of transformer oils and the course of manufacture and the chemical composition of transformer oils and the international standard and the country standard in paper.The article chiefly researched if QHD32-6 distillate stock could develop transformer oils after furfuraltreatment and liquid phase denitrogenation and clay refining.At the same time,the article researched that how the chemical composition influenced gassing property and oxidation stability of transformer oils.The section of QHD32-6 distillate stock development transformer oils researched if the performances of samples developed in different furfuraltreatment terms reach the demands of GB2536-90 and screened out the optimal furfuraltreatment terms.At the same time,the article analyzed the differences of performances and yields between QHD32-6 transformer oils and SZ36-1 transformer oils which developed in the same treatment terms,researched if QHD32-6 distillate stock could develop transformer oils instead of SZ36-1 distillate stock.We found that the performances and yields of QHD32-6 transformer oils outwent that of SZ36-1 transformer oils when developed in the same treatment terms. QHD32-6 distillate stock could develop transformer oils instead of SZ36-1 distillate stock after furfuraltreatment and liquid phase denitrogenation and clay refining and QHD32-6 transformer oils could reach the demands of GB2536-90.The section of“how the chemical composition influence gassing property and oxidation stability of transformer oils”researched that how the change of chemical composition influenced gassing property and oxidation stability of transformer oils.We found that increasing the depth of treatment properly could heighten the content of alkanes and monocyclic alkanes and bicyclic alkanes in the transformer oils and reduce the content of polycyclic alkanes and aromatics,improve oxidation stability of transformer oils.But, increasing the depth of treatment overmuch made the content of aromatics reduce sharply,impair gassing property.
