As an important measure to ensure the safe operation of electric power systems and the safe production of electric power, work ticket rules plays an important role in daily management of electric enterprise. A work ticket system, which could operate efficiently and be in line with the information trend of society development, has significant meanings not only for electric enterprises to improve efficiency and implement the work ticket rules effectively but also for the safe production of electric power.In this paper, the application and research status of work ticket system at home and abroad are introduced in detail. After analyzing and summarizing the existing research, it sums up some problems and deficiencies being in the application of work ticket systems, such as: low extend of graphics, less versatility, poor accuracy of safety measures. Aiming at the above problems, it intends to develop a set of work ticket management system based on web, which can not only provide multiple methods of writing ticket and good graphical user interface, but also be maintained easily by users and make security measures checked effectively.Based on topology information of electrical components in electric grid, a powerful graphics module, which contains graphical entities with appropriate properties, is developed using VC/MFC, to form the main electrical connection scheme diagram. Through ActiveX technology, the graphics module would be packaged as an ActiveX controls which can run in browser and interact with B/S structure well. On the basis of analyzing and concluding the language of security measures in work tickets, using Chinese word segmentation technology in natural language understanding, security measures in work tickets are identified and processed. According to the information of device operated that identify of security measures return, combined with the actual status of the device, the rationality of security measures is determined. For reasonable security measures, it is to give users dynamic and visual display on the main electrical connection scheme diagram which is formed using graphical entities. Using the widely used B/S structure, based on ASP.NET 2.0 platform in Visual Studio 2005 development environment, a work ticket management system, which has full-featured network flow, perfect user management, several methods of writing ticket and good maintainability for users, is to be developed using SQL Server 2005 as database support.From the debugging and operating of this work ticket system, the work ticket system based on B/S structure developed in this paper could be used and maintained easily. Using this work ticket system, work ticket could be handled conveniently. The work ticket system developed, with a high degree of graphics, provides different methods of writing ticket to fulfill requirements of users, and it could check security measures effectively. To some extent, this system could help electric enterprises improve their management level and efficiency.
