Since the traditional quartz rods equipments have the issues of too big size,electrical energy wasting issues, high cost of maintains issues and quartz powderpollution issues. As a result, the key point of this paper is base on the design of theone type of quartz piping equipment to solve all these issues.This paper makes a detailed analysis of a novel quartz rods equipmentmechanical structure and electrical control system design. Design work mainlyincludes quartz rods production line automatic electrical control cabinet design,non-standard furnace transformer design and calculation, system design andcalculation. According to the problems in practical application and the solutions, Idesign the electrical design and improved the design of the electrical part of thecalculation process.At the completion of the automatic electrical control cabinet design,non-standard furnace transformer design and calculation, system design andcalculation after drawing machine. In this paper the author’s company foundLianyungang suppliers, in this article the author’s company to provide design basis forthe manufacture. And find the TUV CE electrical certification work safety supervisionand certification. Installation and completion of the electrical system design andprocurement, completion of the production of electrical control cabinet design,non-standard furnace transformer and other key electrical system components. And Ifinished the entire electrical optimization and adjustment.This design content comprehensive introduced the new quartz continuous slidefurnace power distribution system, load calculation, calculation of short circuit current,power quality, high-voltage electrical appliances, quartz continuous drawing furnace substation, relay protection, substation integrated automation and the two loop digitalsubstation, electric drive and control, low voltage distribution line protection andlow-voltage electrical appliances, wire and cable selection, selection of lightning andover voltage protection, grounding, lighting, building intelligent system and the newenergy etc.. In this paper, the design of the electrical system according to international,the latest domestic standards and specifications, to track the current electricaltechnology and electrical product development, specific to the electrical engineeringdesign basic principle, specifications, programming the calculation formula, commondata and charts; electrical safety, emphasized the importance of preventing electricalfire; set explosion dangerous environment electrical equipment selection conditions;highlighted the new energy, energy conservation and environmental protection, powerquality, flame retardant and fire-resistant wire and cable selection and intelligentbuilding and other new content.This device for the reference of foreign advanced technology, the independentdevelopment of the design completed, at present already running nearly half a year,and to produce qualified products. At the same time, this equipment has been exportedto France, and adopted the CE certification (of the European Union). The resultsshowed that: in this design scheme is correct and feasible, has achieved the designrequirements.
