Various power batteries will become the main object of study for thedevelopment of new energy. This topic established power battery characteristic curvesimulation platform, which makes the power cell research, is more convenient and safe.The main content of this research is: according to the car battery workingenvironment and management to build battery simulation system model, using thevirtual instrument development software Lab Windows/CVI design the simulationplatform control panel, programming the control functions, establish simulationplatform, controlling the power running in accordance to the known battery U/I curve,so as to simulate the working status of the battery.Research achievements are as follows: the simplified model of the car battery hasbeen established. The various parameters to be controlled were clearly known. Thecontrol panel was designed. The type power battery working condition was realized byusing PC machine, power supply and load. The power supply was controlled to run inaccording to the known curve. The simulation results were tested out. Showing thecontrol methods used in this experiment is feasible.The focus of this study is: controlling the simulation platform in accordance withthe battery characteristic curve to realize the simulation of the battery characteristic. Thebattery characteristic curve coordinates are needed to be inputted in the procedure.Connecting power supply through the agreement. Sending the command to the powersupply. Using the way of limiting the voltage/current. Controlling the power supply todischarge in according to the known curve.
