| Under the stress of environment pollution and scarce of oil source, Electric Vehicle(EV) become an important consideration in twenty-first century in order to get the sustainable development of automobile industry. Battery system contained the battery manage system(BMS) and battery itself. The battery companies are focus on the battery itself, doing research on chemistry; while the vehicle company concern more in electrical.The dissertation introduced the background of battery development history, analyzed the existed battery technology and the importance of using battery hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) in vehicle development, proposed HIL system which is used in the development of EV battery system. Through the analysis on plenty models both domestic and abroad,given the N orders RC model as the model which used in battery HIL system,and took the three orders RC model as the experiment model, fixed on the time parameter range. With the research on RC model parameter rapid identification, designed the systems of auto-charging and auto-discharging which used the auto-testing software to have the parameter identification. Based on the result above, designed the battery HIL platform on both software and hardware, a Ni-MH power battery discharging HIL simulation was achieved. The battery system hardware in the loop platform could realize the simulation on the external character of battery, or verify the performance of BMS, or match the battery system and vehicle. |
