Reseach On Appropriate And Energy-saving Strategy Of Rural Houses In Jiaodong Peninsula

With the development of society and economy in rural area, the living standard ofpeasants has been improved greatly; many peasants began to improve their housingconditions. At the same time, the policy of building the socialist new countryside"which has been implemented in our countryside upgrades the rural housesconstruction. But due to the lack of scientific guidance and unified planning, theconstruction of rural houses has got some problems, a lot of new rural houses imitatereach other, or blindly follow the city residence, not only increase the energyconsumption of the building, but also pollute the environment, which engendersome problems. For example, the area of the rural houses are generally too large, itresults in the waste of the space and resources. The designs of the architecturalfunction are unreasonable. Unreasonable function causes inconvenient for people wholive inside. The lack of insulation measures lead to the rural houses high energyconsumption, and so on. How to solve the existing problems and guide theconstruction of rural houses getting along friendly with local society and economy isbeing a problem that needs to deeply consider by architects.This article bases on the complexion of Jiaodong Peninsula area, and tries toinvestigate a way for the development of indigenous rural houses from the appropriateangle。Firstly, it investigates the interrelated theoretical study. It recites the genesis,the development, the connotation and the character of technology which is suitableand energy-saving, and then it analyses some interrelated examples in and out of thecountry, in order to summarize some useful experiences. Secondly, it investigates theactuality of rural houses in Jading Peninsula region, it summarizes the charactersof indigenous rural houses and advances some problems about them, all of which arebased on an factual investigation. Lastly, it advances some suitable energy-savingstrategies on the courtyard design, the architecture design, the architecture structuredesign, the utilization of energy, and so on. At the same time, it makes some newdesigns of the rural houses and hopes to give some valuable references to theconstruction and development of the rural buildings.
