With the continuous development of China's new rural construction,a large number of farmers self-built ecological buildings facing the demolition and reconstruction due to disrepair,dilapidated damaged,poor seismic performance and many other issues.However,demolished and rebuilt all the farmers self-built ecological buildings will pollute the environment and consume resources.In the process of reconstruction of rural dilapidated houses,if the rural ecological buildings with the advantages and characteristics of heat preservation?energy conservation and green ecology of building materials can be reserved under premise of ensuring the safety and reliability of buildings.In this paper,two kinds of typical ecological buildings in rural areas--adobe houses and straw bale houses are taken as examples to establish Energy-saving evaluation models and explore the excellent performance of energy saving and environmental benefits.First,the paper uses the method of life cycle assessment to establish a life cycle assessment comparison model for the adobe house and the new energy saving building in the hot summer and cold winter zone,according to the characteristics of energy consumption of rural residential buildings and coordinate technical framework for life cycle assessment.The evaluation model divides the life cycle of rural residences into four stages: Building materials production stage,design and construction stage,the use of maintenance phase,the construction phase of the demolition and disposal.Comparative results show that the annual energy saving efficiency of adobe houses is 61.62% compared with the new building units according to the life cycle theory.Then,in this paper,the Ecotect software is used to establish the analysis comparison model of the rural ecological building in the cold area--straw bale houses and the newly built brick concrete building.This model is used to analyze the thermal environment of the straw bale houses and the new building.Comparison Results show that the thermal performance of straw bale houses is obviously better than that of the brick concrete structure building in the same thickness of the outer wall,and it has significant environmental benefits.Finally,through thermal performance tests of above two kinds of typical ecological buildings,we compare the energy saving advantages of thermal performance of two kinds of rural ecological buildings.The test results show that the two kinds of typical rural ecological buildings are both better than the local ordinary brick concrete buildings in thermal performance.
