The subject of this paper is the super windlass of φ130mm diameter anchor chain.And this paper focuses on the study of hydraulic plunger pump of water hydraulic controlsystem.The water axial piston pump is designed to meet the requirements by the designmethod of theory. Through the analysis, the kinematics characteristics, dynamiccharacteristics and match flow characteristics are studied. And optimization structure basisis proposed. The major research contents of this paper are as follows.1. The design of water axial piston pump is studied. Design method of the key partsis proposed. According to the operational requirements of pure water hydraulic controlsystem of the super windlass of φ130mm diameter anchor chain, MATLAB programmethod is used to calculate the main structural parameters of the water axial piston pump.2.3D modeling software PRO/E is used to respectively establish geometric model ofpure water axial piston pump and its corresponding flow field. In the process of geometrymodeling of the piston pump, process of the piston pump shell and support is simplifiedand omit, considering the main research is the piston pump kinematics characteristics; Inthe process of modeling the flow field, oil film influence on the complexity of the modelinganalysis is considered. Under the premise of model has no influence on analysis results,process of the flow field is simplified and ignored.3. ADAMS is used to establish physical model of the pure water hydraulic plungerpump. Its rigid body model is established and its kinematics characteristic is analyzed. Itskey parts are flexibly processed. Ally of ADAMS and ANSYS is used to solve the analysisand simulation of rigid-flexible dynamic characteristics of multi-body system. Thedynamics characteristics are analyzed. The kinematics characteristics and dynamiccharacteristics of key parts can verify the rationality of the design.4. The flow characteristic of the water axial piston pump is analyzed. Law of flowfield of water axial piston pump is analyzed by using the technology of CFD. After rule ofthe flow field is get, such as the pressure, turbulent kinetic energy. Structure of the valveplate is optimized, flow characteristics of the piston pump and the work performance areimproved.
