| Building community water reuse is one of important options to relieve urban watershortage in the common reality of lack of water. Its implementation involves of themain body related with the interests, laws and regulations, planning, construction,investment and many other aspects, which are complex system engineering.This paper firstly analyzes and summaries the domestic and internationalarchitectural community water reuse, puts the emphasis on the interests of the mainstakeholders. The recycled water project can implements or not lie in the interestbalance between the government, developers and owners of building community. Thispaper builds a dynamic game model of every main body by means of analysis torelation and interaction between the main stakeholders taking the games as a tool.Analysis the relational mechanism of the three sides, this paper gets two patternscontaining government’s leading and developers’ leading. Besides, this paper analyzesthe advantage and the disadvantage of the both on the base of further analysis of twogame models. This paper also uses " entropy weight theory" to determine the weight ofprice difference of recycled water in building community in the practice of theconsumers’ decision analysis. At last, this paper gives some advice to implementsuccessfully in the background of China’s urbanization based on the benefit equilibrium of every stakeholders. |
