Research On Dynamic Game Of Stakeholders In Sponge Community Construction Based On System Dynamics

In recent years,with the continuous expansion of urban scale and the unreasonable planning and design of some land,most cities will suffer from waterlogging to varying degrees under the condition of continuous rainfall or heavy rain,which seriously affects urban ecological security and social development.As an important part of urban construction,the ecological environment of residential quarters is also easily damaged by rainstorms.Therefore,the construction of ecologically resilient sponge communities is of great significance for maintaining the balance of urban ecosystems.However,there are many participants in the construction of sponge communities,which are prone to conflicts of interest.It is necessary to analyze the interaction between the participants in the construction of sponge communities,build an incentive mechanism for the construction of sponge communities,and coordinate the interests of various entities to achieve the healthy development of sponge communities.This thesis firstly defines the stakeholders of sponge community construction based on stakeholder theory,and analyzes their behaviors respectively;secondly,based on evolutionary game theory,a static three-party game model of"government,developers,and consumers"is established,and a dynamic tripartite game model considering dynamic incentive cost,dynamic penalty,and dynamic subsidy,by duplicating the dynamic equation to solve the evolutionary equilibrium point of the game model;then,based on the evolutionary game model combined with system dynamics theory,respectively construct static and dynamic behavior strategy tripartite evolution Game SD model,and set the initial value of the model with the construction of a sponge community in Yuxi City as the case background,and conduct simulation analysis.The results show that the evolutionary game model considering dynamic factors is more reasonable.Finally,according to the incentive mechanism design theory,the construction incentive mechanism of sponge community is constructed,and relevant incentive countermeasures are put forward from the perspectives of economy,consumption,technology and management incentives.By constructing an evolutionary game model and a system dynamics model,this research provides a new idea of combining qualitative and quantitative for coordinating the interest relationship between the participants in the construction of sponge communities.At the same time,the introduction of dynamic parameters provides dynamic incentives and incentives for the government to promote the construction of sponge communities.The solution of dynamic punishment has certain theoretical and practical significance,and provides a useful reference for the government to design the incentive mechanism for sponge community construction.
