As the key link of manufacturing system, material distribution is the guarantee ofsmooth production. With the production mode changing to multiple specification andsmall batch, material distribution need to fast and accurate response to meet thedynamic changes demand of production lines. Therefore, the agile response is thepursuing goal of material distribution. However, both comprehensive and accurateinformation acquisition of productions and full and efficient utilization of productionstatus information are the key to achieve this goal. To meet the agile responserequirements of material distribution, the thoughts of Ubiquitous network are employedin the dissertation. The aim is to establish the material distribution model withinformation processing as the core, to break the existing bottleneck of materialsdistribution, thus contributing to the enhancement of the competitiveness of enterprises.The dissertation takes Ubiquitous manufacturing environment which is full ofmanufacturing information as research background, material distribution of workshopas research object, combining with MRP and JIT control concepts, using feedbackcontrol mode, focusing on how to use the advantages of information to improveresponse speed and response accuracy of material distribution, from three aspects toresearch:①In terms of establishing model for dynamic material distribution, Traditionalmaterial distribution which lacks of real-time production process information, is hard toagilely respond to changes of production lines, on the basis of analysis of traditionaldistribution method, rich ubiquitous manufacturing information is summed up, thethoughts of Ubiquitous network are employed to establish a dynamic model of materialdistribution based on ubiquitous manufacturing information. On the mean time,characteristics of framework for model, operation process and decision flow of modelare all analyzed. What’s more, discussed how the three control loop to overcome thelack of contact between material distribution and production lines in the model.②In terms of decisions of dynamic material distribution. Though current materialdistribution only to consider how to meet the needs of production lines, and withouttaking distribution cost saving into account, in the paper timing of decision fordistribution is optimized from the view of cost, and on the basis of inventory-transportation integrated optimization, the factor of production changes is involved, to establish the batch decision model of dynamic material distribution, which is based onthe cost. Meanwhile, the mathematical model is solved, and got the key factors whichaffect the batch decision of material distribution. Moreover an example is designed tovalidate the model correctness and effectiveness.③In terms of the key technology of material distribution. Current distributionBOM doesn’t reflect the distribution time information, restricting the promotion ofresponse speed for material distribution. To solve the problem, according to theassembly process and the product BOM, and combined with the execution informationof material distribution, on the basis of the manufacturing BOM to build workstationdistribution BOM model which is based on the assembly process. What’s more, anexample is given to show application of Distribution BOM.
