Automobile industry is the important pillar industry of our national economy andplays an important role in national economy and social development. In recent years,with the constant change of the car market demand, and the increasingly intensecompetition car market, the world’s major car manufacturers are taking measures toautomobile manufacturing process of the transformation and upgrade the information.Traditional automobile manufacture enterprise information technology focuses on themanagement plan ERP systems, as well as shop floor control PLC systems. However,because the lack of effective ways between enterprise planning and control ofworkplace communication and sharing of information. So it cannot achieve thereal-time monitoring of production process and meticulous management. Therefore,this paper will be introduced in the automotive manufacturing process advancedinformation technology--radio frequency identification technology, and study it in thevehicle on the application of MES in the production process.First, based on the basic of automotive production process analysis, combinedwith automobile manufacturing enterprise production management process problems,and an automobile manufacturing process production management requirementsanalysis report. puts forward.Then, according to the production management requirements analysis report, thispaper builds up the car manufacturing process based on RFID MES application plan,proposed the plan system framework, system topology structure, function model andinformation flow model. Based on RFID information data acquisition and processingarchitecture and based on XML MES and ERP information integration mode.Finally, some research findings of this dissertation have been applied to theapplications section c in the process of building the company automobile productionline for manufacturing RFID system, and achieved certain results.
