Construction area is about 27.8 billion m2 in China’s rural areas in 2009,90% of which is housing ,accounting for about 65% of construction area in China.Because of China’s rural residential building design standards inadequate,so the rural housing design and construction works is in low level.There is no effective insulation in rural residential,buiding doors、windows thermal performance and air tightness is poor.Simple heating equipment,low thermal efficiency,bad indoor environment,while also wasting a lot of energy.China’s residential building energy efficiency measures mainly focused on the city,therefore ,establishment of a rural residential energy efficiency standards are very important.The paper is apart of a sub-topics study“Rural residential energy efficiency technology standards and special demonstration reasch”of an“Eleventh Five-Year”national science and technolngy support program“Rural residential planning design and construction standards”.This paper mainly studies for indoor comfort index and energy efficiency evaluation technique of rural residential.Paper’s innovation :1.Deduced the best indoor thermal environment index of rural residential in cold area in China.2.Based on the best indoor comfort index,proposed rural residential energy efficiency evaluation index.3.Proposed the building energy efficiency labeling system of rural residential.4.Proposed the additional indicators for energy efficiency labeling system.A total of five chapters of this paper.Chapter 1 is introduction;The final chapter is concluded;The second chapter discusses the subject of rural residential status research.The chapter 3 analysis the best indoor comfort indicators of rural residential.The chapter 4 determined the energy efficiency evaluation system.
