| With the rapid development of modern technology, the development direction of thereducer gradually inclines to miniaturization, fast pace, high reliability. Miniature reducernow has been widely used in aerospace, energy, transportation and other importantdepartments. The miniature reducer has the advantages of small volume, light weight,large transmission ratio, good lubricating property and has a very broad applicationprospects. This paper does research on force analysis and modal simulation of the mainmembers of cylinder sine oscillating tooth gear reducer.Firstly, according to the tooth profile equations of sin groove of drive shaft and shell,this paper analyses the simulation of the tooth surface, and obtains reasonable toothprofile curves. Calculate the main curvature of sin groove and oscillating tooth contactpoint, and analyses the effect of the reducer structural parameters on that, get thevariation of main curvature along with the angle of oscillating tooth; After that, this paperdeduces the calculation formula of relative sliding velocity of sin groove contact point inoscillating tooth and shell, analyses the effect of the reducer structural parameters on that,and finds that the cycle number of sine groove has a big effect on relative sliding velocity;Then establish the space mechanical model of oscillating tooth transmission, dooscillating tooth force analysis, and calculate the contact stress of oscillating tooth on thedriving shaft and shell.Secondly, three-dimensional entity model of reducer is established based on 3Dmodeling software Pro/E, verify the validity of shell and guide frame model. By usingfinite method and finite element analysis software ANSYS, this paper does modalanalysis of the reducer, and gives reducer’s low-order natural frequency and thecorresponding figures of each order modes. After that, the paper discusses the modelchange of the reducer under different working condition, and gets the conclusion that firstorder natural frequency is lowest when the reducer’s axis perpendicular to the groundconditions. Finally, this paper designs a reducer model through the actual working environmentof oil production in deep well and specific working parameters, does research on staticanalysis and modal analysis of the model by using ANSYS Workbench, the results showthat the model could meet actual conditions and parameters and structure design isfeasible. |
