XKJ-480refiner is replaced with cylindrical oscillating tooth reducer is the main work in this article, improving the efficiency of the transmission mechanism of rubber machinery greatly, reducing the floor area of the machine greatly. This has profound significance for the development of the field.Application and innovation of this article include the following:according to the design theory of oscillating tooth transmission, design and manufacture oscillating tooth reducer and replace the original one. Not only improves the efficiency of the transmission, but also saves manufacturing space, importantly, it will give a hand for further improvement on oscillating tooth reducer.The main task:expounds the theoretical basis of oscillating tooth reducer. According to dynamics simulation, efficiency of oscillating tooth reducer is improved greatly, builds up a good basis for oscillating tooth transmission in the industrial field. Finally, Optimized design of the experiment scheme theoretically makes a great contribution to Improve the efficiency of the refining machine.
