Comparison Test And Evaluation Research Of Automobile Brake Performance Test Capability

Automotive safety management is strengthened for our country and motorvehicles are forced mandatory to do safety testing regulerly as much as possible toreduce road traffic accidents. The testing of braking performance is an important partof vehicle safety testing. In order to well evaluate detecting capabilities of brakingperformance for various security agencies, in this paper, It’s carried out the compariontest for the brake methods in the more commonly used brake testing equipments,which is executed, did the test data processing of testing results and then their testingcapability is evaluated and studied by En value and Z-score statistical evaluationmethods of the comparison test.This paper, firstly, decribes the comparison test requirements, he use ofstandardized and some types of data processing methods commonly used, combiningwith comparative analysis of the theory and practical application of vehicle brakingtest methods, and thus discusses comparison feasibility of braking test methods;Secondly, do the comparative analysis of the roller test’s braking test, investigate theimpact of its testing capabilities, the use of theoretical and experimental testing data togain its testing correction method, based on the correction method, the comparativeanlysis braking test of two cases for different vehicles in the same test and same teststanding different inpected vehicles, based on the above discussion, braking test of theroller based on parameters of the axle load and braking force is carried out thecomparison test and evaluated; Again, analysis of the road test, the derivation of thebraking distance testing method based on the roat test and discuss its error causes,then based on the method of the road testing, the road test based on the parameter asthe error of the theory and actual measurement, is carried out the comparison test andevaluated; Finally, the software of the comparison test data processing and evaluationis developed, based on the above research about the roller and the road test, thesoftware has some modules of correcting, calculating and evaluating function, whichcan be evaluated on the brake test results, at last, each modules are verificated bytest examples.The above studies show that: In this paper, based on the correction of the rollerstructural factors, carried out the comparison test and evaluated; considering thecomparisive feasibility of the road test, derivated of the braking distance testingmethod based on the road test and then carried out the comparison test and evaluated,unifing and standarding the testing results of the roller and the road of security agencies, comprehensivly evaluating their brake detecting capabilities of differentvehicle security agencies; developed the software of the data processing andevaluating about the brake test methods, help for quality and technology supervisiondepartments at all levels to do the supervision and inspection for motor vehicle safetyinspection agencies.
