The Research On The Method Of Measuring Temperature On The Test-bed Of Automobile Brake

The brake performance of the automobile is one of the basic use performances which make the automobile run safe and obtain the expectant working benefit. The brake performance directly connects with the steering security. Meanwhile, it affects the dynamic exertion of the automobile. Thereby, the entireness, credibility, and the well brake performance of the automobile's brake equipment are important standards of the automobile inspection. All the countries in the world have constituted the concerned standards to strictly control the quality of the automobile's brake equipment. The brake performance test-bed is the important equipment to test the performance and quality of the brake. A large number of heat energy can be brought out in course of the automobile brake, which will sharply ascend the temperature of the brake, then affect its brake performance. So we need to understand the circs of temperature change in the course of brake.The research content of the thesis is the measure method of brake temperature. Firstly the work principle and configuration of the brake together with the brake test-bad are introduced. Then based on the calorifics theory, the heat production mechanism in the course of brake is analyzed. According as the correlated regulation of nation standard as well as European and American experimentation standard, the test-bed measuring the integrated performance of the brake is researched and designed. Finally on the basis of the analysis of the brake's configuration and work principle, making the brake test-bad as the experimentation panel, the temperature measure equipment of the brake is designed, and the measure result is analyzed.The emphasis of this thesis is the system design of the brake test-bed and the temperature measure equipment, as well as the research and analysis of the measure method of the brake temperature. The configuration design, work principle and the main components of the brake test-bed are detailedly introduced in the paper. The collectorring method mode based on the measure technology of the strain gauges is adopted in this design, and the measure and control system of the brake test-bad is developed. The choice of the components not only meets the design require, but also considers the cost question. In the experiment, the stability of the system and the accuracy of the result are guaranteed.The measure result is analyzed in the paper, and the assist for further research on the question of the brake temperature measure is provided. At the last, the required to consummate and the further research part of the thesis are put forward, which are regarded as the consult of the continuous work.
