| Pneumatic girder hoister was a kind of specialized vehicles transporting heavyequipment and compoments,which commonly used in transporting and handling highspeed railway box girder on passenger special line and lage-ship section overloadedoccasions.it belonged to heavylifting and transporting equipment that extraordinaryintergrating mechanical,electrical and hydraulic.The steering wheel hydraulic systemwas an important part of pneumatic girder hoister,and played a crucial role in thewhole vehicle’s transporting and handling.the steering wheel hydraulic systemcapabilities directly impacted on the whole vehicle’s flexibility,stability andfunctionality.In this thesis the steering hydraulic system of900T pneumatic girder hoisterwas as the research object, in order to satisfy girder hoister’s steering flexibility,thougha variety of steering mode analysis andthe calculation of the maximum moment ofresistance,we initially determine to the parameters of the steering hydraulicsystem.The comprehensive consideration of various factors, the critical hydrauliccomponents had been selected in using Rexroth products, then the open-load sensitivehydraulic steering system which had a good energy efficiency and operatingcharacteristics had been confirmed.With regard to the steering hydraulicsystem,though analysising and researching the sected hydraulic components in thisthesis, the mathematical modes about load-sensitive pumps and Rexroth M4Multi-way valve were established,and we adopted AMESim which is the internationaladvanced hydraulic simulation software and simulated the characteristics of thesteering hydraulic system.By mean of setting the modes’simulation parameters andsimulation times,We could accurately observe the change condition of each parametersimulation curve.Last we setted up imitating hydraulic steering system on the FESTOtest-bed,by analyzing press flow and power characteristics of the hydraulic system on the same conditions,it indicated that the hydraulic steering system has a good energy-saving and operational.From putting to use the research methods and drawing the conclusion in thisthesis,we could obtain not only a better theoretical basis for the modeling andsimulation of variable piston pump and multi-way valve but also the actual referencevalue when designed and researched multi-axis vehicle system in the future. |
