The Design Of Ship Track Instrument Based On SCM And GPS

The21th is the century of ocean, ship is the most important traffic tool in theocean,however, the increase of the maritime traffic density and people going to theunknown seas,which threaten the navigation safety seriously. The traditional ways forrecording the voyage data of ship,as some reasons,are difficult to satisfy therequirements of customers.Ship track instrument of intelligent and economic is widelydemand.This paper designs a ship track instrument,which is based on SCM and GPS.Firstly, the thesis understands the traditional ways for recording the voyage data athome and abroad,learn about the principle and application of the GPS,and designs aintelligent navigation system,which contains STC89C58RD+SCM, GPS-OEM board,tft-lcd and SD card,and then designs the hardware circuit and control software. Thehardware circuit is a plug system,which includs SCM circuit, GPS module circuit, tft-lcd circuit, SD card circuit, power circuit and related interface circuit. The software isdesigned with modularization and sub-routine, which includs the main software, GPSdata receiving and analysing software, liquid crystal displaying software, FAT32filesystem software,which is applicaed to SD card, and SD card drivering software.Secondly,combining with LabVIEW technology, the thesis designs the system of trackdisplaying and managing.The system can read and deal with the voyage data comefrom the SD card, reappear the navigation path,display details, set up and storageroutes, provide the processing method when the ship is in yaw.Finally, the thesis teststhe system,and analyses the accuracy with the error theory.The system is automated and paperless, with small size, low power consumption,low price，and in high positioning accuracy.After testing and practicing,The systemshows that it can realize requirements of the ship track instrument, satisfy the practicalneeds.
