Yantai Existing Residential Building Energy-saving Research

With the development of economy, the traffic and industrial building energy keeps increasing.The energy production already could not keep up with the pace of economic development. Energyshortages have restricted our country’s development of economic and people’s living standards.Building energy consumption accounts for30%-40%of the total energy consumption. Implementingbuilding energy efficiency has great significance to protecting the entironment and making thesocietal sustainable development coming true great significance.Because of the severe situation of building energy, the government attaches great importance tothe building energy efficiency and is about to proceed to it. A series of building energy efficiencyincentives have been abuliding. The building energy efficiency is gradually normative. All theseactions turned the building energy efficiency into a being widely corcerned subject by the the societyand the medias and a new research field. This treatise starts with the basic concept, the meaning, thecurrent situation and the core content of the building energy efficiency, analyses foreign measuresand policies and learns foreign experience. The writer illustrates the design main point buildings ofthe exterior-protected construction and put forward a series of both residential building energyeffective technical measures.In this paper, through the energy-saving survey of existing residential buildings in Yantai,the existing information and people’s attitude are acquired,and reliable foundation is provided for the study of energy saving scheme. In this paper, according to the geographical location of Yantai area and climatic characteristics，the writer offer some technology about Yantai area’s building energy efficiency，In addition the writer take some plans in urban areas and rural areas as the building energy reform plan and reflect the suitable technology of building energy efficiency, analyz the plan about the economy and energy-saving performance,thispaper provide a practical reference value to Yantai Province for further energy saving of existing buildings.
