With the continuous development of China's economy and the improvement of the level of urbanization,the problem of building energy consumption is becoming more and more serious.Secondary huge building energy consumption and the accompanying including greenhouse effect,environmental pollution and other issues,has become a huge burden of the national economy,the urgent need to reduce building energy,reduce building energy related greenhouse gas emissions.Due to the need for heating in winter,the residential building in cold area can be used for building energy contribution is large,in addition to the need for the development of new green energy-saving residential,is of great significance to the existing high energy residential energy saving reconstruction.In this paper,the adaptability evaluation of existing residential buildings in cold regions is studied.The main contents and results are as follows:First of all,this paper makes a research on the rationality of the scheme of building energy conservation,and puts forward the evaluation basis.To study and put forward reasonable scheme,building energy saving should be integrated into the energy index,technical and economic indicators and the construction of the whole life cycle of the whole process of building energy carbon emissions compared to such factors as the evaluation index,summed up the theoretical framework of the whole process,the energy saving rate of carbon emission index as the adaptability of building energy-saving evaluation index by technology the economy and the whole life cycle of construction.Secondly,the paper establishes the mathematical model of the adaptability evaluation of building energy conservation,and constructs the basic model list.Based on the theory of the whole life cycle of the building,according to the reasonable evaluation index of the building energy saving reconstruction scheme,the mathematical model of the adaptability evaluation of building energy conservation is constructed.In this model,setting evaluation adaptive transformation of energy-saving target,scope of evaluation,evaluation index,defined the connotation of energy-saving renovation of existing building energy efficiency projects,the rate of technology economy and carbon emission index,accounting method is given to these indicators.Finally,the model is used to evaluate the energy efficiency of residential buildings in Beijing area,and the technical path of different retrofit schemes is analyzed.Taking the construction of a residential building in Beijing in the last sixty years in 70 s as a case,this paper makes a simulation analysis on the building energy consumption,and verifies the theoretical framework and evaluation model of the adaptive evaluation.And according to the original energy saving 65% and the new energy saving of Beijing Province,the paper designs the scheme of energy saving transformation,and carries on the adaptability evaluation to the different transformation schemes of the 75%.At the same time,the relationship between the expected life of the building after the reconstruction scheme is compared.According to the analysis and calculation results,it can be concluded that the economic equilibrium point of energy saving transformation is 18-20 years,and the carbon emission equilibrium point is 3-4 years.Based on the results of the accounting,the evaluation of the possible energy saving retrofit scheme and the adaptability of the possible technical path are evaluated.
