Energy and the environment are two themes of the sustainable development. Theburning of fossil of raw materials for the main buildings’air-conditioning system whichcause not only large amount of energy consumption but also environmental pollution.The mount of urban sewage is large and the temperature urban sewage is appropriate,which belongs to clean and renewable energy and is the very impotant and rare newenergy of HAVC.In this paper, we use the Qingdao Mai island residential area’s open and direct typeof sewage-source heat pump system as the research object to make sewage-source heatpump system’s experimental research and economic research. The purpose of this paperis to promote the better application of the sewage-source heat pump air-conditioningsystem.Firstly, we test the winter heating mode of the sewage-source heat pump system.At the early time of test, because the living rate is low we only run up a46℃heatpump unit, but the average COP of heat pump units is6.29; in heating peak, we run upa65℃heat pump unit and a46℃heat pump units, but the average COP of heat pumpunits is5.39. From this we can see that the system works well.Through the analysis ofthe cooling water transport coefficient WTFCWand frozen water transmissioncoefficient WTFCh, learned that the different between cooling water supply and returnwater temperature is small,"big flow, range of temperature " phenomenon leads to thelower cooling water transmission coefficient WTFCWindex, is an average of33.2;frozen water transmission coefficient WTFCh index is an average of53.3.Secondly, we use the basic principle of lgP-h figure to analyse the EER cofficientof summer refrigeration mode. Through the analysis we can see that the EER of heatpump units is connected with heat pump units’ evaporator temperature, condensertemperature, compressor suction exhaust pressure and other factors.Finally, according to the analysis ideas and methods of the hot economics, we usethe heating costs and cooling costs as economic evaluation indexes. We establish hoteconomic model of heat pump system,list hot economic balance equation and calculate out the output cost of heat and cold quantity which is used as the base of analysis andevaluation of the heat pump system.
