The Research On Quality Control Of The New Adobe Composite Wall Structure System

The new adobe composite wall system is a new kind of village residential systemcombined with traditional adobe buildings and new composite wall. Compared withtraditional adobe building, this system improves seismic performance, and has lots ofadvantages such as ecological energy saving, environmental protection and comfortableresidence,etc.Combined with quality control theory,this article mainly research on how to controlthe quality of the new adobe composite wall structure in practice. The main work andconclusions are as follow:1．Establishing construction quality control modelConsidered the basic requirements of construction quality and combined withquality control theories and methods, establish construction quality control model indynamic management model. Through the production factors、construction process andquality control points, make use of the methods of quality control and statistics,determine quality influencing factors with the data analysis, and then take the specificmeasures and control circularly, produce qualified building to realize scientific controlfor project quality.2．Research on the construcion technology of the new adobe compound wallstructureBased on the new adobe compound wall structure analysis, combined withconstruction data and relevant provisions, mainly research on adobe block productionprocess and adobe wall construction technology.3．Analyzing economic benefits on wall quality and project quality with fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method Combined with the new adobe compound wall structure project, analyze economicbenefits on wall quality and project quality with fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod. The results shows that this system obtains the win-win effects on many aspects,such as social benefits and residential benefits.In short，the new adobe composite wall system is a kind of new building system.This system,which has many advantages such as environmental protection andeconomical practice, adapts the needs of Chinese developments, and deserves to theoutlook of promotion in China.
