The Research Of Quality Control Model On Ecological Composite Wall Structure

Ecological composite wall structure is a new kind of fabricated and seismicstructure with ecological energy-saving and short-term building, which adapts to thedevelopment trend of building industrialization and wall material reform, nowadays ithas been applied in many provinces and cities such as Shanxi Province, Hebei Province,Yinchuan and Henan Province. Ecological composite wall structure quality influencingfactors and quality control methods are researched to provide the basis for constructionquality system and maximize the value of resource invested, which is significant toeconomic and social benefits. Combined with Lankao country, Henan Province, ZhongZhou Yu Fu project site investigation and expert opinions，the interpretative structuralmodel of quality of eco-composite wall structure is established by ISM, then identifythe basic influencing factors, take effective measures to control its construction quality.The paper’s specific contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) From the perspectives of the choice of wall materials, major structureconstruction and the installation pipe of water, heating, electron, the paper analyzes thecharacteristics of ecological composite wall structure. Based on the basic requirementsof structural bearing component, the use of wall materials, the process of wallboardproduction and installation are analyzed systematically, which provide a reference forthe construction of ecological composite wall structure building and establishing thebasis to identify and determine the quality influencing factors.(2) Based on the interpretive structure model theory, the idea frame of thecomposite wall structure quality influencing factor is given. Combined with site investigation and expert opinions,25main major quality influencing factors areidentified and defined, the directed graph is drawn, the relationships of qualityinfluencing factors are quantified by the standardized method and the practical method,then factors variable hierarchical structure model established, the interpretativestructural model of quality of eco-composite wall structure is set up by making thematrix regionalized, hierarchical and bit-level. Research shows that the influencingfactors of quality of the eco-composite wall structure can be divided into5levels, whichmakes clear the primary and secondary relations and hierarchy between influencingfactors, and it is significant to direct the construction units to take effective measures tocontrol its quality, and provide the basis for the spot manager effectively.(3) Combined with the analysis of the interpretative structural model of quality ofeco-composite wall structure quality influencing factors, a scientific systems of qualitycontrol is established for the construction characteristics of the project. The paper usesPDCA cycle theory, three-stage quality control theory and statistical methods to managethe construction quality of Zhong Zhou Yu Fu project, and proposes the quality-controlmeasures of personnel, material, construction machinery, construction methods andenvironment, and elaborates quality-control measures about the wallboard productionand siding installation to improve the level of construction quality of eco-compositewall structure.
